Judge, the ‘Head of Morale’

Judge is a much-loved member of the Abbotts & Co team, known for his calm presence, unwavering loyalty, and an excellent judge of character (naturally).

A regular in the office, Judge takes his role in file management very seriously,  ensuring everything is handled with the utmost care. He brings to the team a steady sense of reassurance, the occasional tail wag, and a well-timed check-in when things feel overwhelming. 

Judge also has a finely tuned body clock, reliably 'calling it’ (with a bark or two) at 5pm and leading the pack toward work-life balance … though, truthfully, he’s just ready for his afternoon walk!

Outside of work, Judge can be found beachside with his dog dad and Principal Solicitor, Kieran, keeping watch over the coastline and living his best Mid North Coast life. He loves his oversized herding ball, meeting other dogs on his walks, sniffing absolutely everything with his big snout, and, of course, snacks.

Not one for unnecessary noise (whipper snippers, leaf blowers or too much taking), Judge thrives when things are in order – and isn’t afraid to let everyone know when they’re not. Steady, grounded, and always in your corner, Judge embodies what it means to be part of the Abbotts & Co team.

And while the rest of the team are focused on getting things done, Judge is focused on making sure we’re also having fun.
