Our fixed fee pricing is only applicable to standard matters. In matters where the circumstances are more complex, a different fixed fee model may be provided to meet your specific needs.

Fees do not involve contested estates. In the event of an estate becoming contested we will provide additional written cost estimates.
Our Fixed Fees are provided for guidance only. Although all attempts will be made to keep this information updated, prices may be changed at any time without notice.

All reasonable travel from a mid-north coast town centre (Coffs Harbour, Nambucca, Kempsey, Port Macquarie, Taree, Forster) is included in the fixed fee arrangement. Should significant out of town travel be required (i.e., Excess of 20km radius) a small additional fee ($20-$50) may be added onto your invoice, at our discretion.

The amounts shown are for professional fees only. They do not include any disbursements such as Court filing Fees, registration fees and other administration expenses.

All listed fees are not inclusive of GST.
